Account suspended for a month
in progress
Humble J
Please hear me out! My account was suspended after heavy use of Bonkers image generation for my YouTube channel. I earned Pro status through streaks and rely on Bonkers for the high-quality visuals my channel demands. While I understand usage limits, a month-long suspension feels excessively harsh, especially after I was considering a Pro purchase. Please reinstate my account and implement usage warnings when close to excessive usage instead of sudden drastic measures.

yes, i feel 1 month suspension is very harsh too. especially we purchase the PRO plan that promise unlimited usage.

I wonder whether Humble J gives credit to Merlin for the generated artwork?

Your answer is a slap in the face for every customer. You have been ignoring the discussion about your knowingly false communication about the Pro-Light Offer for weeks, you offer a very tight usage limit for paying customers, but worst of all: you move on as if nothing had happened.
You are distancing yourselves from the users! It's not as if your development is currently setting you apart from your competitors. The way you communicate about the Pro-light offer has shown that you are not really listening to your customers. That's a shame - because you actually have a good product.
I realize that you need MRR and the cost base is increasing - but was the negative response and feedback really worth it? Wouldn't it have been smarter to make a compromise here and simply handle the affected customers differently? It's not THEY who messed up, it's YOU!
