Been using Merlin daily as part of the 'Winter Quest' religiously but it reset on me to 0

I use Merlin every day and yet the other day it fully reset on me and now I don't even see the element at all. I sent in a support ticket over a day ago and there wasn't even an automated response.
Here is my original message:
Hi, I am a Pro customer and when I went into the chat today it shows nothing, for a second it showed the correct number, but then reset to a welcome message about the challenge.
After using the chat today, it showed me that I have 0 days and that I need to start all over.
This is not possible. I just used Merlin less than 24 hours ago.
Please fix this so that today is day 22.

After looking into your account, it appears that the streak reset may have been caused due to VPN usage, which can sometimes interfere with how your activity is tracked due to changes in timezone. We are currently working on handling situations with VPNs involved more gracefully and we would likely rollout a fix soon but for the best experience we suggest avoiding use of a VPN.
To make things right, we’ve gone ahead and reset your streak to 25 days.
Additionally, I’d like to highlight something positive: during the time you were maintaining your streak, your Pro plan duration was extended by 45 days as a reward for your consistent engagement. This extension is already reflected in your account, and we hope it adds even more value to your experience with Merlin.

Bhavesh Chaudhari Oh wow! Thank you for doing that. I didn't realize going on VPN would have caused the issue.
I am very satisfied with your product and use it multiple times a day.
