Hi. I added a bot, added knowledge in the form of around 8 files. The files remained for a few days, but when I went back to edit the bot after this, I needed to reupload all files as they had gone. Now, a few days later, same position again. Files definitely upload and save first time, can be accessed thereafter for up to a week. Then they are all gone. Bot remains and retains previous conversations
