Bot won't reference my knowledge base.

I have created a bot and added two PDFs to the knowledge base, but the bot does not seem to recognise that there is anything there.

I uploaded 4 PDFs and 4 links in the knowledge base, but the bot says I don't have any documents or links. :( very frustrated.
