The new pro account shows only 4 in-depth research while a little older (less than a year) account showed 10!

Also, in the new account, the daily usage was almost equal to the monthly usage! I am attaching a screen shot after 1st day of usage.

It beats me. I would like to think of it as some kind of bug rather than some opaque and not-so-nice policy decisions.

Any insights are welcome. What am I missing?

PS. No VPN used in either accounts. Payment mode: Credit card. Country: India.
