Sorry, buddy, I hate to break it to you, but Merlin can't create files. It's still a set of text models that serve the user and try to please him, like in a role-playing game. So after asking to create a file (having somehow persuaded a certain model), this model informed you that the file was created. Even providing a generated phantom link.

As far as I know, such cases have already been discussed on Reddit. Google the situation with the problem of downloading a book that was written by a model in the background for several weeks at the request of the user.
