Chat box not showing after first chat

Chat prompt box is not showing (see screenshot) after the first chat, occured two times for my latest chats, and also for other chats from history. I think it happened right after the introduction of the clean look of Merlin Chat's homepage.

It was due to an adblocker who added our chat element in a block list, causing this issue. we have pushed a fix that works around that.

Also same with the new update. I agree the update looks nice but I need to have continued chats.

Edit at 1:09am CST: It seems to be working now.

yes i have also been facing the same issue after recent UI update of MERLIN unable to continue chats after first chat. I urge the tech team to look into this matter as early as possible and kindly fix it.
