Unfortunately I can't use the Chrome extension:

I've already tried to remove and re-add the extension.

Stuff to try re your Chrome Ext Bug - So update your Chrome Browser, maybe uninstall and reinstall entire Chrome fully, and maybe disable other extensions, or try in Firefox, to see if you can make it work there, thus you know its a Broswer wrapper issue, and Chromes problem, not yours anymore.
