When I try to access Merlin, I am now getting error code 431. I have tried on multiple desktops/browsers. I have been using Merlin for a while now and this has never happened. My mobile app is working fine. PLEASE HELP RESOLVE!

I'm having a similar issue. I can get access on the desktop by doing a cntrl-m but when I try to expand to full screen or click on the google chrome extention is get the 431 error message

Hey Glenn, really sorry for this issue on our end. I just wanted to check if this has been solved now? We have fixed part of this issue.

Hey Siddhartha , it has not been solved yet. I am still unable to access the site directly on desktop. The extension is working and the mobile app is working fine.

Hey Glenn Sorry for the same, this issue happened due to a one-time change we had to do for all users. Please follow these instructions to fix the issue.
