following multiple requests to Claude Sonnet 4.6, which cost us 720 Credits, the system continues to mock us and does not return a complete document of about 60 pages in word, which we have uploaded.
In VAIN we requested that the document be reviewed and corrected COMPLETELY and COMPLETELY, that the OUTPUT be similar to the uploaded document, but improved; the system writes bits and pieces in the chat body, in a dispersive way, that force us to make an absurd copy and paste! And, worse, it consumes us credits to waste more time

Hi,
We're really sorry for this experience, you're right, it shouldn't work this way. We understand how frustrating it is to spend credits and still have to piece together the output yourself.
Please reach out to us at support@getmerlin.in with the details, and we'll refund those 720 credits to you.
Also, we're actively working on adding MCPs (Model Context Protocols) which will make document handling and long-form tasks much more reliable in the future. This is a known gap we're addressing.
