Image AI and AI depleted our 20K credits within < 24 hours...

On average we use 6K credits a month. We noticed a high level of credit depletion when the Image AI was used, but no way it would be 20K credits... In one day??
We need support to view our credit usage and the number of refreshes we made due to AI doing things when we asked it to generate an image of pillars without people. Yet it consistently gives us 10+ images with people. You can literally confirm this and check our credit usage query history. The image AI is not working right and is depleting our credits fast.
On 8/27 we observed unusual behavior from the image AI, which consistently produced incorrect images.
We're also unclear about the bug-reporting process. Our credits were depleting very fast <24 hours. Another user complained about the same thing. Please check if it's a similar issue.
Support said we needed to create a bug report. There is no way to submit a bug from Merlin. It is not fair that we sent a support ticket <24 hours to bring attention to this and were then scolded for not submitting a bug ticket. We sent a email support request.
It's essential that we, as users and early adopters, have a straightforward process for reporting and resolving issues from the interface. We were informed that we can't address credit usage concerns without a formal bug report, so we need a bug-reporting link on Merlin itself.

Hey @Yume, sorry for the bad experience. We did check the credit usage and they are indeed correct. As per our logs, you had generated 115 Images. We want to give the best of AI to our users, hence when you generate on Merlin, we use flux.1.pro which is the state of the art for image generation. Each call to flux.1.pro costs about $0.035. So total $4.025 for image generation.
Moreover, a lot of GPT-4 has been used by you too. In terms of tokens, it is 1.7M input tokens and 34K output tokens, this comes out at $8.84.
I just want to mention that AI is indeed expensive. From your account, we are actually going to end up at a loss, as just for this month, it has cost us $12+ in LLM costs. I do feel our credits and usage are quite open, and lets you use state of the art AI. Unfortunately, if you feel this is not right, feel free to take the appsumo refund if its within the 2 month period. We want to be super generous from our end, and will take a big loss there too but we always want to charge users or limit users based on the AI costs.

Siddhartha How is this logical. It's your system... You control the queries. How is the customer responsible for the way you run the product or your billing set up when you made the LTD offer? That was a business decision you all made the offer to AppSumo...
Can you please address our points one by one? And please check your image AI? We had so many wrong images which is why we’re attempting to get the right image.
It sounds like you all are saying 115 images = how many credits? No way we received 115 quality images because there was a glitch… Saying we can get a refund seems a bit of a weird way to respond to this. We’re not complaining about the product but obviously if there are 115 images being generated in such a short time it’s an issue with the quality output.
Your price points dont account for when we only using on average 6-8K queries (PER MONTH)...
I really wish you would sincerely listen to the feedback. Is there some report that you can check your logs. The credits at one time were frozen. And weren’t moving for the query. Please investigate this feedback in your logs.

Also you noted App Sumo users can upgrade to pro with 40% off but your coup says 35% in the dashboard. Can you email us privately on this? Thanks
