Merlin no longer access to web pages and attached files

Here I processed a usual txt web content but Merlin doesn't actually access to it. Then I uploaded it in txt but it also could not access to it.
I disabled and reloaded Merlin plugin, it didn't help either.

It seems it's now working, both. It was just a hickup. :)
