Merlin staff communication

There's no answers from Merlin staff in this platform for more than one month, no developments (new models have been released and requested and nothing happened). Merlin has a big Discord community, that most AI tools use successfully to get feedback and communicate with their customers that Merlin staff simply ignores.
Even when many requests can be unreasonable, it's important to listen and communicate with your customers, it's that which differentiates successful and failed tools.
