Why can't I upload zip or video files? And why can't I use it even though I bought the Pro version?

Hi srht, we are sorry for the problem you are having.
We currently do not support uploading ZIP or video files. This feature is also not available on the Pro plan. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@getmerlin.in.
