Sourcing/citations are not correct.

I would like to submit this bug report.
The citations/sources in the text are not aligned with the sources at the bottom:
- The text has 3,4,10. Where are 1,2,5,6,7,8,9?
- The bottom list has only three, and there is no numbering. Which is 1, which is 2, which is 3?
Please try to fix the sourcing/referencing; it's very important for some users.

Hey Wizk, yes. Actually here we are showing only 3 references when in reality we have more than that and the LLM choses the relevant ones. We have updated this in a refreshed UI. Please check it at https://getmerlin.in/magic

Siddhartha Hi Siddhartha, thanks for considering the feedback. It shows Merlin's commitment to being better. I tried the new UI, it looks good but I think still needs some work. It gave me 1,3,4,7 and there is no list of sources at the bottom. I've attached screenshot. For a comparison, you can look at screenshot from You.com

wizk The list is actially inside the "Web Powered Result" bar. You can see all the links if you expand it.

Siddhartha You are right, I can confirm that the list is there. That is good. Only thing missing would be numbering on that list, and the discrepancy of listing 1,3,4,7 but the bar having 7 sources. If all 7 sources in the bar are used for result, then the output should reference 7 sources. Or, if only 4 sources are used in output, then bar should list 4 sources. Or, if it is intentional that the bar will list 7 sources and output will list 4 sources, then there should be some note to explain to the reader how to understand that difference and what that means.
Hope you find this feedback useful. Thanks.

wizk Got it wizk, actually all 7 results in that case are fed to the LLM. So it can take info from all of them, though it might not reference them all. Regardless, we like to keep all of them as they can give extra context to users or other thinks that might be useful!
Although thanks for your feedback on the same!

Siddhartha so what does that mean? Does it mean that the 4 results in the output are the ones that the LLM used out of the 7?
