Task did not complete when I asked for the third time to create an OPRA document for a different county in the State of New Jersey. The two previous requests worked just fine.

The first screenshot is one example of a request that worked for one county.
When I asked Merlin to run the same document for another county it did not finish and I kept getting a spinning wheel. See second screenshot.
