I haven't been able to create anything, as the same message always appears after the prompt: "This attempt was terminated because consent was refused, so I cannot resume it here. Please submit a new request to generate the video and include the authorization." Ever since I subscribed to the platform, I haven't been able to create anything—or even get a response from the agent, let alone customer support.
