Although 4o-mini is selected in the Sidebar, when switching to the main (full-screen) interface, the model suddenly changes to O4-mini, which uses 15 times more credits. If someone doesn't notice this (especially a Free User), this bug will quickly deplete their daily credits, after a short conversation.
