Highly unsatisfactory. The service failed to function as advertised immediately after purchase, with account limitations and "expired" notifications blocking access. I have sent several requests for a refund on the same day i purchased, yet I have received zero communication or acknowledgment from their support or sales teams. Edited ✅ after their feedback and I have got credited fund. Thanks Merlin team
