Can I Upload Past Conversations to Train My Bot?

Hi, when creating a bot, is it possible to upload a file similar to ChatGPT that includes all past interactions to train the system? Should it be structured using the User, Assistant, and System format by copying and pasting all the conversations into that format?

I would like to train it with content from my website, where it knows what posts are about and the URLs for them, so it can generate links to relevant pages on my website.

yeah sure, with the new bot creation procress that will be inplace very soon you will have advanced acapabilities s.a. training your bots with some previous conversations or from link or pdf documents etc.
