currently you dont see it. you have to go to your website and search hard to contact support if the ai cant answer. i was trying to find out if i cant bring in my custom GPTs over into Merlin and it couldnt give me a cleear answer. took time to dig and find the help to ask the question and it didnt ask for my email. I gave it though and got a response but it was asking me what i wanted to do than a startight ovbious answer i want to bring my agent over so im only using your platform. for someone switching over to Merlin these should be avaible or access to contact support made easy.

In case your question still remains unanswered, no. Currently, GPTs cannot be transferred automatically. However, you can copy the system prompt used to build that GPT and copy it over to a Bot on Merlin. You can make Merlin Bots on www.getmerlin.in/chat/bots/create
We're finding a way to transfer them to Merlin through the extension. Although sounds a little farfetched as of now.
With regards to your point on support, it's an ever developing process and we're working on making support experiences better. Let's see what the future holds!
