I paid for unlimited usage but I can't use it now???

I have had Merlin for almost a year and I invested in the unlimited usage (yearly pay). Now all of a sudden, I'm being blocked for generating crafts because of something here mentioned in the screenshot. THIS ISN'T FAIR.

I also think this is getting out of hand. I have bought the AppSumo LTD and the yearly unlimited top up and even then needed to buy extra credits during my thesis writing time just to be able to keep working.
