Hey there, Merlin team!
I've been using your platform and I can see that the only decent connection with the community is through the forum. You have social media, but the content there just isn't catching on with the audience. I'd like to share a few ideas:
  1. Monthly user surveys — people share their user experience, you get material for content, and users receive a few days of free subscription for participating. Win-win for everyone!
  2. Social media needs an upgrade — for some reason, your content isn't getting views. Maybe it's time to rethink your strategy? The dev log you used to have gave insights into what you're working on — this could be great material for posts too. You genuinely have so many topics you could be posting about on your social media. Your team works at lightning speed and creates tons of awesome features, which I think users appreciate, but someone unfamiliar with the platform who doesn't have deep knowledge of AI is unlikely to be interested in many of the aspects you offer to experienced users. You have so much to be proud of, but your social media doesn't show the stuff that would really hook people.
  3. Bring back the Developer Log— yes, you used to have a dev log, but lately it's disappeared and we can only learn about updates through interactive elements on the site itself. Bring back the dev blog, but make it interactive somehow, so it reflects tasks marked as completed on your forum.
  4. Discord server— create a Discord community so the team can quickly respond to critical errors and you'll have access to real, live users without having to wait several days for someone to check their email and provide details about a problem or bug. And of course, it would be great to hear what others think about how they use your service.
And separately — thanks to your team for working like crazy! You add cool updates that other services would present as revolutionary innovations, but you don't even brag about them. This needs to change — tell us more about your achievements!
