You guys said payment will be refunded in 10 days but this is the 11th day, still refund not came

I am fully disappointed for the pro version. Within few questions my quata got exhausted, I feel like official claude free version is better than this, really official claude and gpt is better than and have longer credits in free version comparing to your pro. All ads are talk only not real.

I felt this was actually a pretty good catch. It felt like I was driving on a motorway, told that we could fill the tank and go on a joy ride, and then eight miles down the road we ran out of petrol and ended up stranded in the middle of a desert highway. To make things worse, in order to use the tools we had already paid for, we needed to top up. At that point the journey could end right there or we would have to get a taxi home.

WE NEED A REFUND PLEASE!
