@Merlin team: I've emailed and trying to reach the support team and got ZERO response. Not one reply.

I paid for Merlin Pro, and it's not worth it at all. limits hit too fast / features don't work / answers are poor. You take customers' money and then disappear when we need help.

This is my final warning. I want a full refund within 48 hours. If I don't get a reply, I will file a chargeback, register a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, and take legal action in consumer court.
