Dear Merlin Support Team, This is the 4th time I am writing to you for my refund. I purchased the Merlin AI Pro one month ago and was disappointed on the first day, as after 8 queries, all the tokens were used up. On the same day, I requested to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund. On the 3rd day, I received an email acknowledging your request for a refund.
